Friends of Silk rewards program
As a part of the Silk Therapeutics refresh, I was asked to create a unique loyalty program. We previously had one that worked well, but there was nothing special about it. I came up with the idea of “buy three, get your fourth product free.” This would keep the AOV high, but would allow the customer to get free products.
I was responsible for designing the program, including the cart functionality, and creating all of the email flows.
